Multiple hang-up calls every day for weeks, often a few minutes apart; hangs up as soon as my answering machine responds so it's likely a live caller, not a robo-caller.
Number is busy when I call it.
Represented as IRS--threatened to take action if didn't call back. They hung up when I refused to give my name unless they connected me to the person who called. Scammer!
I just contacted ebay and they informed me that they do not make calls unless a response is requested from a problem I gave them the number of the caller and they said it was not them and it was a scam.
