Robo dialer scam asking for money for fake business.

Received call from Jamaica 876-348-9820. Spoke to Jamaican, whose name is allegedly David Bernard who claimed I had won $950,000 and a new car from publisher clearing house! LOL Gave me the above number (607) 523-0907 claiming it was the Better Business B
