How Do You Know When It’s Time to Outsource In Your Business?

Last week I wrote a piece about being blacklisted from YouTube and the perils of being an online entrepreneur.

Sorry about the ranting and swearing in that post, sometimes you just gotta let it out.

In that post I also included a video talking about the importance of asking for help in your business and not pretending that you can do everything yourself.

Let’s face it none of us are good at everything and honestly if you think you are, you’re going to have a rude awakening when it comes to marketing your fabulous self and/or business online.

So here’s the deal…

Admitting you need help is the first step, kinda like rehab…you won’t get the type of help you need if you don’t think you need it.

Right?

When you’re starting to build your online empire or beginning to market your existing business online you may need to dabble in all of the areas of marketing to figure out what you’re good at and what you’re not good at.

It’s totally cool to suck at things btw…get over yourself…no one is perfect.

However, you do NOT want to spend a ton of time trying to do everything yourself or you will just spin your wheels and maybe wind up drinking heavily or crying over your keyboard.

Or, maybe that’s just me..

So here is a little video helping you figure out when it’s time to ask for help and outsource some tasks.

Remember, no one is good at everything and frankly there are not enough hours in the day to get all of the necessary marketing tasks done for your business.
